The Origins Of The Accelerator Workshop.

The Workshop itself started life as a private get-together for my Mastermind group, prior to them embarking on their 12-month Mastermind Programme.
My 12-month Mastermind Programme has been creating property millionaires from all walks of life for almost 10 years. It is my proudest achievement.
But way back in the first few masterminds, one thing was really bugging me...
The feedback from my students was great, the energy during our monthly meetups was great, everybody was attending with great enthusiasm…
But still, many of my Masterminders were often taking 6, 7, or 8 months before figuratively hitting the runway and taking off with their property businesses.
I considered this way too long a delay. I wanted to ramp up their property businesses in weeks, not months.
My epiphany came during one of our Mastermind lunches. Speaking candidly with a few members, it dawned on me that they were holding off on fully committing until they had visited each and every investing strategy that was due to be covered during the 12-month Programme.
In other words, they were hesitating for fear of missing out on alternative, potentially better investing strategies. They were waiting for the whole picture before pulling the trigger on deals.
It was then that I decided I needed to get everybody together, lock them all in a room for a weekend, and cover the complete Mastermind syllabus from start to end...
And so, the Accelerator workshop was born...
It was a huge hit. It removed a large amount of initial overwhelm and it also eradicated the fear of missing out on investing strategies covered later on in the Programme.

The Property Mastermind Accelerator workshop is firmly rooted in the hands-on approach of sourcing and negotiating below market value deals directly with motivated sellers. This is where the best property deals are found.
As such, the workshop does not cover the "glossy brochure" strategies such as buying off-plan, new builds or overseas properties (unless of course they happen to come at a steep discount from a motivated seller).
The workshop touches on commercial property, but only within the framework of buying commercial property from a motivated seller. Converting commercial to residential is also briefly covered.
Do you need to be an advanced investor to attend?
No. Simon Zutshi's is an expert at taking specialised investing topics and teaching them in a way that is both accessible and intuitive. His method of teaching helped him build the property investors network into the successful teaching organisation it is today.

What is the format of the Workshop?
The course is broken down into 6 modules which are released to you a week apart to ensure you are not overwhelmed and that you get to learn and absorb the information in manageable chunks
How much capital do you need to get started?
We work under the assumption you have no starting capital. Why? Because eventually working capital runs out, regardless of the size of the initial pot. In order for your property business to be sustainable in the long run, you should not have to rely on your own working capital.
When a property deal is good enough, money flows to it, not the other way round. As a rule of thumb, a property deal bought at a 25% discount can be structured such so you never need to put a penny of your own money into the deal.
The sooner you start using outside finance, the sooner you have a fully sustainable property business.
